Split Booking Deposit
$50 Split Booking Deposit
This booking secures your time slot for your photo session. Processing fee is included. Payment is non-refundable.
Please read below for cancellation and copyright policies.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, you forfeit your time slot. The deposit is also non-refundable and non-transferrable (only per date/convention, cannot be transferred to another date/convention), so please make sure you’re absolutely sure you want to book for the time slot before you pay for the deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please be respectful to anyone you book with, especially their time. If you book with someone and bail on them, there’s a reason why they don’t offer refunds. You waste not only their time, but potential bookings that they could have had for that time slot.
Copyright Policy
Any photos taken is owned by the photographer, which means they own the copyright. The proofs that are sent to you will be watermarked to prevent un-authorized stealing, manipulation/editing and re-selling of the photos. It’s also to guarantee the quality of our finished work; the proofs are un-edited, and are not representative of our final work. Please respect this for any photographer.
With that said, I do not hand out any raw photos in any form (this goes for most professional photographers), because I have to control the quality (and brand) of my work. Only edited files will be sent out. Thank you for understanding! I will allow cosmetic changes to the final edits however (like liquifying facial features, etc…). Color-grading, etc…Will not be allowed. A lot of people have a misunderstanding of what a “raw” photo is, which is basically a digital negative, which means it’s not finished. If you prefer a natural look closer to the actual raw photo with minimal edits, you can request it. But basically it boils down to this: it is the artist’s/photographer’s works, so only finished work goes out.
After the final photos are sent out, you may post to your social media, etc. You must credit (this goes for any artist’s/photographer’s works). Collaboration is optional, however it would help promote not just the photographer, but you as well. You can use for self promo, advertising, etc…Such as banners, business cards, etc…However if you do plan to re-sell for a profit, please contact to discuss for any licensing and permission. This includes any monetized sales from prints, etc….
